Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Assisting the Customer Service Manager in overseeing day to day operations and performance of Customer Service Representatives
  • Taking escalated phone calls from customers
  • Assist with interviews 
  • Develop department policies
  • Resolve employee conflicts
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Training and mentoring new employees

Job Requirements

2-4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
High School Diploma, some college preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability; flexibility to shifting priorities and changing environment
