Assisting the Customer Service Manager in overseeing day to day operations and performance of Customer Service Representatives
Taking escalated phone calls from customers
Assist with interviews
Develop department policies
Resolve employee conflicts
Processing warranty claims
Training and mentoring new employees

2-4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
High School Diploma, some college preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
