Job Description

  • Responsible for answering main switchboard and forwarding calls to proper individual
  • Greeting visitors and allowing access into the building
  • Administrative duties include research, process and resolve incoming documents inan imaged environment withaccuracy and within pre-defined standards. 
  • Ability to type 45-55 wpm
  • 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday with a 30 minute lunch break and paid overtime 2.5 hours

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment handling high call volumes
Minimum 1 year customer relations experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Typing 45-55 WPM
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
