Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Properly document all client correspondence
  • Respond promptly to all client calls, voicemails, and e-mails
  • Resolve client requests, questions, and complaints
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all provided products and services
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all business units

Job Requirements

Previous call center experience
Average typing speed of 35wpm
No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
Must be very focused with a sense of urgency to succeed in this role
