Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in guests.
  • Manage general accounts receivable tasks, including deposits and collections.
  • Handle general accounts payable duties.
  • Input resale orders and web orders from the company E-commerce site.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill requests for account updates, invoicing, and collections.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in coordinating company meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate courteously and effectively with customers via phone, email, and mail.
  • Support the Leadership Team with special projects and requests.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in administrative and support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; willingness to learn new CRM and ERP systems.
  • Personable demeanor with friendly, professional, and tactful communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously despite frequent interruptions.

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $23-25/hr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 2:30pm (25 hrs./week)
  • Type: Direct Hire
