Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
