Great opportunity to get into a desirable Farmington Insurance Company. This is a full time Customer Service role in a small inbound call center environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a must, as is the desire to provide the best possible client care to their customers. You will communicate policy information, work with benefit representatives, clients, insurance carrier representatives, payroll and human resource departments to resolve policy and customer service issues. Experience with employer paid or voluntary benefits a plus.
- Answering incoming calls related to both coverage and claims
- Explaining policy coverage, EOBs, etc
- Processing carrier change forms
- Research and resolve customer complaints, working with internal departments as well as carriers
-Bilingual in Spanish/English
-MS office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Keyboarding skills (40 wpm)
-Ability to Multi-task
