Job Description

Global Financial Services organization in Newport Beach is adding a HR Specialist to the HR Operations team.  This role will maintain all HR transactions for 3 entities.  The types of transactions include: new hire documentation, terminations, benefit changes, LOA, and payroll documentation.  Must have experience pulling reports, extracting data and putting together presentations.  

We are looking for someone with large HRIS experience. Peoplesoft is a plus.
Reporting experience using advanced Excel, queries, and SQL is a plus
MS Office Suite
Degree is also a plus
