Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
The key qualifications/experience we are looking for are:
Experience working in an office setting and/or customer service environment
Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills, as this role directly interacts with clients and their caregivers.
BA in psychology, social work, or related field
OR
One of the following equivalents:
AA degree in related field and minimum 2 years relevant work experience
High school diploma & 1- 4 years related work experience in a mental health/non-profit agency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) system (ideally Exym, which is what we use)
Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of DMH systems and procedures
Knowledge of the Integrated System and Medi-Cal billing
Payrate range- $18-23hr
Hours: Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, though we may request overtime or occasional weekend work.
