Seeking candidates with Customer Service experience to join a forward thinking company near the Domain. This is a great opportunity with a company that is a firm believer of internal growth opportunities and will help provide the tool you need for success. In this role, you will respond to inquiries via phone to answer policy holder questions.

Payrate: $19/HR-$21/HR

Contract-to-Hire

Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5PM

Essential Functions

* Update beneficiary changes, address changes, forms requests, etc. into database

* Policy provisions, policy changes/conversions, reinstatements, withdrawal histories

* Basic requests like beneficiary changes, address changes, forms requests, etc.

* Ensure compliance with company standards and maintains customer files

* May calculate cash values, premium refunds/changes, loan balances or other such values

* Handle customer complaints in a professional courteous manage

* Ensures outstanding issues are resolved appropriately

* Perform similarly related activities as necessary

Qualifications:

* High school or GED required

* 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone both, inbound and outbound

* Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus!

* Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills

* Comfortable with basic math and problem solving abilities

* Strong organizational skills

* Strong written and oral communication skills necessary
