The Customer Service Representative Provides excellent customer service through communication, problem resolution, and quick turnaround. Coordinates with internal departments to resolve and close actions within web database portal, while ensuring compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a willingness to learn. Must be able to communicate in person and on the phone.
Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Salary: $15-$17 per/hour
Location: Portland OR
 
Requirements - What Matters Most

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service setting (preferably in a call center, heavy volume)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information
  • Utilizes appropriate internal systems to organize customer information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to multitask
  • Post-secondary degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
