Job Description

Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator:
Front Desk Receptionist needed for growing Design Company in Costa Mesa.  The duties will include answer incoming lines, meet/greet, mail, stamp outgoing mail, files, file set up, fedex, ups.  Will also assist the Accounting, Operations and Marketing with projects, file set up and maintenance.  Projects on Word and Excel. Must be fast paced, ability to multi task and ask for things to do.  Initiative will be key.  This role is temp to hire.

Job Requirements

Must have recent Front Desk experience
Working experience with MS Office
