Real Estate Development Administrative Assistant

A leading Portland real estate development firm is seeking Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! This is a fast-paced environment that emphasizes respect, teamwork, open communication and honesty.
Your primary responsibilities would include:

  • Preparing, communicating and tracking documents ensuring a high level of accuracy of files and folders
  • Coordinating documents associated with construction projects including correspondence, site plans, applications, contracts, permits and bonds and any associated fees
  • Handle time sensitive inquires from customers, media and general public either face to face, by telephone or by written correspondence
  • Understand, research and code accurately and timely all invoices assigned
  • Maintain the continuous and efficient flow of communication
  • Control legal documents, administer signatures and recordings
  • Managing lease tracking and distribution
Qualified applicants must be highly organized and strong attention to detail. In additional to having effective communication skills you must also be self-directed to take on further workloads as business increases. You should have 4-5 years of previous administrative experience in a deadline driven setting.

Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per/hour

Location: Portland, OR

Job Requirements

Requirements – What Matters Most:
• High School Diploma
• 4-5 Years of previous administrative experience in construction or real estate setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated and high energy level
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and very dependable
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
