Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to help a busy Operations group for a large non-profit! The role will provide clerical support and some administrative support for special projects. Plus, there will be exposure to work supporting the contracts process in the organization. The position will included:

  • Supporting the front office by providing clerical support, acting as backup to the front desk and assisting with sorting and distribution of the mail
  • Updating the shared drive with current documents/contracts and creating new folders organize information
  • Supporting the contracts process by updating the contract tracker and ensuring the approval process is moving forward
The position will pay $18-$20/ hour and is temporary with the possibility of a full time offer. This role is an ideal opportunity to jump start your office career and support a growing non-profit organization.

Job Requirements

1-2 years of professional experience in an office setting. Intermediate MS Office, including Excel. Strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple projects at one time.
