Our client is a leading Power & Gas provider in their market, targeting buyers on a national level. We are searching for reliable, self-motivated Inside Sales professionals.
This is an office based inside sales position.
Strong WARM LEADS are provided, NO COLD CALLING, NO LEAD MINING.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
2+ years outbound Sales Experience with a proven track record.
Organized, reliable, empathetic, and able to develop a consultative approach.
Ability to work without a script and Quantify and Close Leads over the phone.
Exceptional Communication and negotiation skills and a Professional Demeanor.
Willingness to learn and implement On the Job Training.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain High Energy and Enthusiasm.
Compensation includes BASE + COMMISSION with opportunities.
Paid intensive hands-on training, willing to invest time on the right people, no unrealistic and immediate sales quotas.
