We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Strategic Growth- Health Care in our Washington, DC office. This position is an exempt position and reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Growth (National) and works closely with the Group and Business Unit Leaders and various recruiting committees to execute a national recruiting strategy with a specific focus on Health Care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in the creation and implementation of the annual strategic growth plan, including providing leadership and vision for the recruiting/sourcing strategy and approach.

· Source and screen candidates for an overall firm, skill, and substantive knowledge match to the requirements for each role.

· Manage and actively participate in all aspects of the Firm's recruiting efforts, including but not limited to: position requirements sourcing, screening candidates, overseeing the interview evaluation process, drafting the business justification and offer, and coordinating with other administrative departments to successfully onboard candidates.

· Manage recruiting staff responsible for all aspects of the Summer Analyst Program, provide work direction with clear performance expectations, measures for accountability, professional development opportunities, and contribute to the performance review process.

· Research lateral target candidates and monitor sources for information about candidates, peer firms, market activity, industry trends, and other information relevant to lateral recruiting.

· Work closely with the Chair of Diversity & Inclusion and the Diversity Committee to drive efforts to actively recruit diverse candidates at the firm.

· Develop and implement strategies to brand and market the firm to schools and guide campus-specific marketing initiatives, including quarterly recruiting newsletter, recruiting brochures, outreach emails, and the recruiting pages of the website.

· Work collaboratively with other Administrative departments.

· Assist with additional Strategic Growth projects as assigned/needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree required.

· 8 + years of recruiting experience required.

· Proven experience recruiting within a professional services consulting environment, preferably health care professional services, is required.

· Experience managing and mentoring others is required.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Other Qualifications (including but not limited to):

o Exceptional relationship-building skills and client service oriented: can effectively interface with attorneys and consultants at all levels, staff, law school administrators, and recruiters.

o Able to effectively communicate your work, clearly delegate tasks to others, and mentor junior level team members towards growth and success.

o Strong organizational/attention to detail skills: accurate, precise, and follows up regularly and appropriately.

o Able to prioritize workload and multi-task.

o Demonstrates good judgment, works collaboratively, and is a team player.

o Able to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information/matters.

o Strong technical and computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required.

o Experience with viDesktop, Leopard or Lawcruit a plus.
