Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client in the SW Houston area to find multiple Call Center Representatives to join their growing team.

Job Information:

• Temporary-to-hire, In office
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a rotating Saturday
• Pay: $17/HR

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service tenure and skill
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tactful
• Substantial call center experience preferred
• Collection experience preferred
• Bilingual not required but preferred

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred.
• Attain working knowledge of the Client's processes and requirements and be able to communicate this in a professional matter.
• Working independently and productively without close supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
• Detail-oriented; data entry
• Reliable/dependable
• Problem solving and critical thinking
