Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to join our client in Newton, MA! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Working directly with the COO in an office of roughly 11-15 employees. This office is a paperless / all digital environment and understanding of various computer products is greatly desired. This role will develop into an Office Manager / Business Operations Manager.


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with various HR Management
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
