Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively searching for an Administrative Assistant who will take the Lead role for one of our clients near our Cerritos office. The ideal qualified Lead Assistant should have adaptable and accountable personality and able to multi-task. This position requires a variety of tasks, some including: event planning, project management, document development, supporting upper management.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $15-$17/hr. depending on qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
·         Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls
·         Strong Verbal Communication
·         Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars 
·         Arranging staff meetings
·         Data entry
·         Drafting routine memos, billing, or other reports
·         Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
·         Support with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
·         1-2+ years of admin support 
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
·         Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills 
·         High attention to detail
