Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Operations will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence across the company. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, purchasing, logistics, production management, product fulfillment, procurement, and demand forecasting. The Senior Manager will lead our teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage inventory, and ensure quality metrics are achieved while fostering a culture of employee productivity and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operational flow, ensuring all departments work synergistically to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for supply chain fortification, increased production capabilities, and advanced forecasting methods.
  • Lead the purchasing, logistics, production management, and distribution functions, focusing on scaling operations for e-commerce, online marketplace and retail environments
  • Drive financial performance through cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and critical thinking that aligns with the companie's commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
  • Report department performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a similar industry
  • Proven track record in purchasing, logistics, production management, and product distribution.
  • Strong familiarity with e-commerce and retail operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving operational KPIs related to efficiency, forecasting accuracy, inventory management, supply chain performance, financial performance, employee engagement, and quality control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
