Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is searching for a well-spoken, professional Office Coordinator for our client located near our Cerritos branch. A great candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience. 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $14-$16/hr. depending on qualifications. 

Job Responsibilities
·         Organizing files
·         Drafting routine memos and reports
·         Drafting messages
·         ?Scheduling appointments 
·         Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner
·         Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks (filing, data entry, formatting reports, etc.)
·         Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:
·         Strong Verbal Communication
·         Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·         Detail-oriented
·         Must have 1-2 years of administrative experience
