Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a candidate with IT troubleshooting experience for a part-time position near the Florida Mall area. The Help Desk Technical Assistant would be a energetic and dynamic individual that would provide independent assistance on first level technical support to the client. The assistant would troubleshoot, assemble, update, and repair computer and network issues.
Key Competencies Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required (A.A. Degree preferred)
1-3 years of IT troubleshooting experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, Computer Software/Hardware, Wireless Devices required
Ability to analyze problem situations and present appropriate solutions
The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
Attentive to details and organized
