Job Description

We are looking for an individual with a positive demeanor to be the face of our office to greet clients and assist the team with their needs. If you feel that you can excel in an office setting with set expectations, apply today!

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assists in providing first impression for the organization with front desk support to include greeting visitors and handling phone calls
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory for the office
  • Originates and process correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Reviews and resolves routine administrative related questions and issues
  • Provide input regarding new or revised administrative procedures
  • Assist with misc. projects for management as needed

PAY: $17-20 (depending on experience)
HOURS: 3 days a week, 9am-3pm (flexible)

Job Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent)
35+ wpm while typing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong customer service and administration background (2+ years preferred)
