This is a temp to  hire opportunity!
Looking for professional administrative assistant with experience in the property management industry:
*      Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship regarding the day-to-day office and program activities.
*    Coordinate meetings, events and travel; maintain schedule and prepare presentation materials
*    Maintain calendar; communicate meetings, events and deadlines with executives
*    Answer and screen incoming phone calls; assist callers
*    Examine incoming mail; offer action and follow-up recommendations
*    Prepare memos, letters, reports, correspondence
*    Handles sensitive information
*    Maintain electronic and paper files
*    Organize telephone conferences
*    Performs related duties as assigned


The successful candidate must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, show attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher) and Adobe, possess great customer service skills and able to meet time sensitive deadlines. Associate's Degree in administrative assistant, secretarial science, or related area; professional administrative assistant certificate; or equivalent college hours required. 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant or related experience required.
