Job Description

Are you a motivated individual who strives in a fast paced environment? If so, Ultimate is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for one of our largest Healthcare Clients in Phoenix, AZ.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center experience. 

Job duties:

  • Strives to provide first call resolutions.
  • Answers incoming calls from new and existing authorizations.
  • Documenting all communication into the systems. 
  • Ensuring high quality and accurate information to callers. 
  • Able to maneuver through various platforms/screens while verifying information

Job Requirements

-2+ years in a Call Center environment
-Able to meet call handling requirements and daily telephone standards set by management
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Comfortable with change in ever-changing environment
-Flexible with scheduling
-35+ WPM
-High School diploma or GED
