We have an opening for an Office and Marketing Administrator! We are a leading provider of healthcare information services! This is a permanent position. Great culture! Full Benefits! Job duties include:

  • Administrator for our Office & Marketing activities
  • 85% administrative duties
  • Directly supporting the President, the administration and marketing team, Technology team and general administrative support
  • Ensure the marketing material and tradeshow activities are prepared, ready, and followed up on with prospects
  • They need to be extremely sharp with their technical skills (e.g. creating spreadsheets, track changes etc.)
  • Prepare expense reports and invoicing
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Access and Excel in particular
  • This person needs to be extremely skilled in technology as we are an Internet company

Job Requirements

• Above average Microsoft Office skills
• We are also in healthcare so that would be a plus and help with understanding what we do
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably some college and 3-5 years of office experience
