Job duties include:
· Provide phone support to customers on a daily basis.
· Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
· Data entry from e-mail, phone, fax, mail and web orders.
· Attain and maintain proficient working knowledge of accounting and customer relations system, Microsoft Office Products, and other supporting databases.
· Product knowledge is required to assist customers.
· Respond to customer inquiries sent via e-mail, mail, fax, or over the phone.
· Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of adjustments.
Mon - Fri
8am - 5pm
