Job Description

Our client, a growing Manufacturer in the Wood Dale are is looking to hire a two Customer Service / Order Entry Associates on a permanent basis. They are known for having  a great company culture and looks for individuals that want to be part of a growing organization which will in turn allow for growth and advancement . The qualified individual will be responsible for the following:

*Managing Purchase orders as they come in and putting them into the system 
*Order Entry into the system
*Pass on the orders to the production department
*Creating Purchase order files
*Interaction with customers regarding current order status, resolving any issues or discrepancies they may have
*Quoting Orders to customers via different product lines
*Special project work as needed

Requirements:
*1+ years' Customer Service/ Order Entry / Quoting experience
*Strong Attention to detail
*Someone who is analytical and good with numbers
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
