Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Benefits Administrator for a long term (6+ month) temporary position with one of our top companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all communication and administration of various health, retirement and well being benefit programs. These programs include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, FSA, HSA and retirement plans. This is a critical position in making sure that all eligible employees are educated on all benefits programs offered. 

Position: Benefits Administration

Schedule:  Monday-Friday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay:  $20-$25/Hour, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities
 

  • Strong Benefits knowledge and experience
  • Experience in facilitating Well Being programs including Webex setup, lunch and learn sessions, work with the Wellness Advisory Council
  • Point of contact with insurance brokers, carriers and related vendors
  • Present employee benefit information at New Employee Orientations and Benefits Q&A to existing employees and new hires
  • HRIS knowledge
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite


Requirements
 
  • HR degree or HR Certification 
  • 2+ years hands on benefits experience
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and HRIS
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadline
  • Certified Employees Benefit Specialist (CEBS) a plus
