Job Description

The best Customer Service Reps are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. 


  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the apropriate department
  • Schedule deliveries for customers
  • Update existing customer information 
  • Provide information and answer customer questions
  • Take independent action to help with customer concerns
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2+ years in Customer Service (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
