Job Description

We are currently seeking an administrative assistant for a prominent company in the medical field. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating project and general administrative duties for the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to grow their administrative career. 

The person in this role will support executive and director level personnel within the organization. However, this person does not need prior experience doing so. The company is conveniently located in Central Fremont. This is a temp-to-hire position with hours of Monday  - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

-Good communication skills.
-Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
