Seeking Front Desk Receptionist
Full Time, Temp-to-Hire
Duties include but not limited to: Answering the phones and greeting visitors, sorting and distributing the mail, working with UPS/FedEx, ordering supplies and food for the office, and setting up for conferences and lunches. Additional duties include coordinating meetings, doing reporting, and special administrative projects. Assist HR Coordinators and with various tasks.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role with heavy phone/ multi-line experience
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High School Diploma
