Job Description

Customer Service Dispatcher 
Ultimate staffing is searching for a customer service representative with dispatching experience. We are seeking someone who has a sense of urgency in responding to customer requests. An ideal candidate will be able to effectively assist with maintenance and service requests, as well as handling customer accounts.
This is a temp-to-hire position paying $13-16/hr., depending on experience.
The Customer Service & Dispatch Rep is responsible for assisting with operations related to customer accounts and maintenance and service requests.
 
 
Job duties:

  • Providing customer support for inquiries on maintenance & service requests 
  • Handling customer issues and complaints by phone and e-mail
  • Dispatching service technicians as necessary
  • Keeping track of work orders with a sense of urgency
  • Utilizing internal systems effectively
  • Coordinating with the department manager to handle escalated claims
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Must have 1-3 years of customer service and dispatching experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be team-oriented and pay strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be analytical with great problem-solving skills
