Job Description

  • Create, maintain and update the master marketing calendar and annual media plans for the department.
  • Manage and track campaign deliverables, deadlines, campaign performance, budget and ROI.
  • Owns day-to-day relationships with internal and external marketing professionals and vendors such as copywriters, designers, photographers, advertising representatives, media contacts, list brokers etc.
  • Coordinate the content, messaging, design and tracking of creative assets including ads, email, direct mail, website content and videos with internal team members and external vendors
  • Monitors schedule, production and distribution arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing activities and publications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and update brochures, flyers, landing pages, and webpages.
  • Adheres to and assists in the development of brand standards and usage guidelines and assists with integrating campaigns with brand consistency including co-branded assets.
  • Assists with budget management including billing and tracking or expenditures in order to calculate ROI by campaign and by program. 
  • Participates in strategy discussions and collaborates with the creative team to ensure strategic objectives are highlighted and met.
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards for management, highlighting campaign performance and tracking toward business goals
