Ultimate Staffing a business line of Roth Staffing Companies LP one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the nation is currently hiring!    Our business client a construction company is currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work at their facility located in the Nashua, NH area.    This is a wonderful work environment with a growing organization.    The position is Temporary to Hire position.      
 
Job Title                                       Part Time Administrative Assistant
Hours/days                                  Monday through Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm (20 to 25 hours per week) 
Pay Range                                   $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
Term                                             Temporary to Hire

 
Job Description: 
 
Administrative Assistant responsibilities includes assisting customer via phone and scheduling quote visits, preparing quotes and bids and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Word and Excel and office equipment. 


Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and assist customers
  • Generate quotes and bids and distribute to customer via e-mail or standard mail. 
  • Update customers as required
  • Organize and schedule appointments with customer and internal staff. 
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant,
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary required
