Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Support Service Specialist who has experience answering incoming calls and facilitate walk in customers. Ask open ended and close ended questions to obtain a very clear understanding of what the customer might need and help walk in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.


Pay: $15 - $20 DOE
Location: Golden Valley, MN

Job Details:

  • Perform all administrative duties
  • Perform basic clerical, administrative and office support activities for one or more supervisors in Human Resources, Sales or another department
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed
  • Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures
  • Assemble and compile basic data from established sources as directed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents
  • Superb organization skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
