Job Description

We are looking for a competent Collection Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently. Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.


Requirements:
2+ years of experience
Experience with financial institution
inbound and/or outbound call experience
high volume data entry

High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
Proficiency with database software and MS Office suite
Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
1+ years customer service experience preferred but not required
