Job Description

We have a need for a reliable and professional Administrative/Receptionist individual to assist with a 3-month contract, starting February 1st! This opportunity pays $18-$20/hour, depending on experience! 

Job duties include: 

  • Filing of client files.
  • Covering front desk during lunch breaks which  includes: answering telephones, transfer calls to appropriate department, scheduling appointments for partners, and greeting clients upon arrival for appointments.
  • Going to offices to pick up their outbox and/or drop off anything that has their name on it.
  • Assist in mailing of returns 
  • Assist in printing and assembling of client copies of individual income tax returns.
  • Other duties as assigned by partners.
  • Mon-Fri 8-5pm
  • Pay rate: $18-$20/hour

Job Requirements

-1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role
-Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding work place
-Experience using Microsoft Office Products
-Reliable and Punctual
