Our client is hiring for a new class of Call Center Representatives to join their team! They are seeking candidates that have experience within a call center setting and a calm demeanor to walk customers through the billing/collections process.

Job Description of the Call Center Representative:

Receive inbound inquiries and complaints regarding the organizations products and services
Respond to inquiries or complaints about products or services, pricing, and availability with sufficient, and relevant information that satisfies the customer
Coordinate activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs and escalate calls to tier 2 support if needed
Investigate and resolve a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries
Utilize computer systems to gather information, troubleshoot, monitor calls and check product readiness and status

Requirements of the Call Center Representative:

2+ years of professional experience working in a Call Center
Ability to handle customer request via phone calls, chat sessions and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve caller issues
Previous experience in billing preferred
Successful background taking 60+ inbound calls per day
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
