Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support at dynamic team at a global financial investment firm in Newport Beach, CA.  The main responsibilities will include heavy calendaring, international & domestic travel arrangements, expense reports as well as other administrative duties. The position works for a very professional/corporate company with a very dynamic culture. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, organization skills and effective communication skills as well as strong emotional intelligence.  Great opportunity for Admin Assistants who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Job Requirements

5+ years of work experience in a dynamic
administrative/corporate environment.

Must have strong administrative skills - heavy calendaring/travel/expense reporting- and be able to multi task.

Must be able to work collaboratively as a team as will be working with another admin to support this team.

Professionalism and communication skills are of upmost importance.
