Job Description

Seeking experienced Administrative Assistant.
Responsible for performing administrative and office support activities. Duties will include handling telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, written correspondence, filing, faxing, processing paperwork, and supporting corporate HR initiatives and mulit-line phone.

Job Requirements

* 2 years minimum experience required
* Must be capable to multi-task.
* Must be able to type 45 WPM or more
* Must have proficiency in the following Microsoft office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
* Some College preferred
