Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services in Cerritos is actively seeking a Call Center Rep for a fast-paced call center near our Cerritos Branch. Candidates must have relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

 This is a temp-to-hire position paying $15-$16/hr. depending on qualifications.
 Our client offers growth opportunities and merit-based pay increases if performance consistently meets or exceeds expectations.

JOB DUTIES: 
·         Answer high volume of incoming calls
·         Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner
·         Handle complaints/concerns
·         Maintain call center database by entering information
·         Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 
·         At least 1-2 years of call center experience in an inbound customer service department
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Basic computer proficiency
·         Excellent attendance
