Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively looking for an Office Clerk for our clients located in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We are seeking an individual who has relevant administrative and receptionist skills. 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $13-$15/hr. depending on qualifications. 

Job Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible
 for performing front office tasks including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, answering calls and supporting other staff.

Additional responsibilities include:

Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls
Strong Verbal Communication
Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars 
Arranging staff meetings
Data entry
Drafting routine memos or other reports
Supporting other departments as needed
Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect

?Required Skills/Experiences: 

1-2 years of receptionist and/or administrative experience 
Must be outgoing and professional 
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic MS Office skills
