Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a well-spoken receptionist for our client near the Cerritos, Ca areas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will pay between $14-$16 an hour depending on experience. A qualified candidate will have experience in an office setting and a friendly personality. We are seeking a reliable professional who is customer focused and highly motivated.

JOB DUTIES: 
·       Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls
·      Strong Verbal Communication
·         Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars 
·        Arranging staff meetings
·       Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks (filing, data entry, formatting reports, etc.)
·       Other duties as assigned 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 
·        1-2 years of receptionist and/or administrative experience 
·         Must be outgoing and professional 
·         Strong verbal communication skills
·         Basic MS Office skills
