*Must have 3-5 years supervisory/management experience leading teams of 15+ Customer Solution Specialists / Representatives.
*Well-versed with call center environment and enhancing performance to achieve organizational goals.
*Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
*Create highly engaged, committed and empowered workforce.
*Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
