Job Description

We currently have an opening for a full-time Front Desk Clerk! This opportunity includes full time benefits and an exciting, fun culture! Pay rate is $14-$15/hour starting!

Job duties include:

  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Handling event coordination
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Greeting visitors
  • Transferring calls, forwarding to the correct department
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Performing administration duties
  • Maintaining office services as required, ordering supplies 
  • Assisting with mail, in-going and outgoing 
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis

Schedule/Pay rate:
  • Full time: Mon-Fri 8-5pm
  • Pay rate: $14-$15/hour starting

Job Requirements

-1-2 years customer service experience (i.e. retail, restaurant, and office)
-Outgoing and personable
-Superior communication skills, verbal and written
-Familiar with Microsoft Office Products
