Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a leading manufacturing company that is located in Harbor City, CA.

100% Onsite

Salary: $70k-$85k

Must be Bilingual Spanish and have ADP experience.

Duties:

• Hanlding recruitment, onboarding, pre-screenings, employee relations and performance management.
• Managing payroll, benefit administration, garnishments, pay changes and must be an expert with ADP.
• assist in developing and implementing HR policies, and compliances.
• Conduct trainings such as harassment preventions, performance compliances.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Monitor employee morale and company culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
• Bachelors degree in Busines Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in state/labor laws, compliances and HR policies.
• Experience with HRIS and ADP
