Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Semiconductor client in Scotts Valley, CA. This is a onsite, contract role with a target pay range of $30-35/hour and offers an opportunity to get prepared for a well known semiconductor conference.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team execute various marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing our presence at trade shows and exhibitions. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of trade show participation, from planning and logistics to execution and follow-up. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to help implement marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth selection, registration, and logistics.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop trade show strategies, goals, and objectives.

· Manage budgets and expenses related to trade show participation.

· Coordinate booth design, setup, and teardown, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.

· Liaise with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of trade show activities.

· Develop and implement pre-show, during-show, and post-show marketing and promotional strategies.

· Train and coordinate booth staff, providing guidance on engaging with attendees and representing the company effectively.

· Collect and analyze data on trade show performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in trade show marketing and event management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· Experience in trade show coordination or event planning

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software/tools.

· Willingness to travel as needed to attend trade shows and exhibitions.
