Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive support, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare, draft, and finalize meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation for board meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule board meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled, including venue arrangements and technology setup.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for board members.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the board members and other executives and departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Track and follow up on action items from board meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate governance requirements.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for board members.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience supporting a Board of Directors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
