Job Description

Position: Insurance Project Specialist

Location: Scripps Ranch & Hybrid

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Wage: $20- $25/hr

60 day contract position

Summary: This position supports the Insurance Program Manager of a local credit union. They will support the manager and department with execution of projects, reporting and workflow overflow.

Duties:

· Update department operation procedures

· Identify ways to improve member experience

· Partner with manager to implement tools to enhance member experience

· Coordinate with insurance companies and members

· Improve vendor relationships

· Draft periodic reports

· Spearhead Insurance Services operations

· Additional duties as requested

Qualifications:

· Education- Associates Degree or higher

· 3 years of experience managing projects, insurance products (property and casualty) and customer service

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables) and Teams. Power BI experience is a plus
