Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are upheld in designated work areas.
  • Assemble complex biomedical products under the guidance of team leaders.
  • Conduct product testing and qualification according to established procedures.
  • Record and manage data related to manufacturing tasks.
  • Perform manual handling, lifting, and inventory management duties.
  • Record quality and performance metrics as required.
  • Participate in investigations of non-conformances.
  • Assist in inventory movements within production areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in product assembly.
  • Preferred experience in assembling medical device products.
  • Adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements.
  • Desired formal qualification in an engineering-related field or relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adaptably within a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and enjoyment in assembling tasks.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
